Lookout Turá Lúka - Hrajky

This old wooden tourist lookout tower is located in the quiet ridge of Hrajky, few hundred meters to the west of Myjava´s town part – Turá Lúka. It´s  only 10 meters high,and that is the reason why the surrounding hills, located more or less at the same level, blocks the view. Despite this fact, the tower is still fine creation in the cottager area. The biggest advantage is the easy access, as it stands next to the main road heading from Myjava to castle Branč and eventually to Sobotište and Senica. There is a wooden rest area next to the tower and also a memorial stone of 12 evangelicals, who were executed here for the participation in so called „torolúcka rebellion“. They were trying to protect the church from confiscating by catholics.
