Customs Museum

Customs Museum, perhaps the smallest museum in Slovakia is located in one of two tollhouses near Bratislava Old Bridge. Visitors can see a customs office from the 30’s of the 20th century; learn about the historical development of toll collection, duties and taxes in the territory of Slovakia from ancient times to the present. Uniforms and customs working tools variegate the exhibition. Other interesting exhibits are present seized items by customs officers (smuggled goods, illegal importation, counterfeits of popular brands, etc.). Visitors have the opportunity to take a picture of themselves in a customs office uniform.
