Zichy Mansion in Barca

Zichy mansion in Barca was once the most beautiful aristocratic residences throughout Abov-Turňa County. It was built in the 15th century, but it has undergone several reconstructions. The last one in Art Nouveau style. The manor house is now the residence of the library and the local Barca authority, in the future there is also plan to open a museum dedicated to the city part of Košice. Surroundings of the mansion consist of well maintained park, a favorite place of rest and recreation. In the park is a pond with water lilies and a fountain, and also the second - Baroque mansion in Barca.
