Mansion in Krásna

One of the most valuable cultural monuments of Krásna nad Hornádom (now part of the city Košice - Krásna) is an old mansion belonging the originally Orava family Meško. The mansion was built in 16th century and since the rebuilt many times, the last of the reconstructions is taking place just days. Reconstruction, which preserves the Classical character and heritage value of the building ends a long period of dilapidation and its non-use. The plans of the renewed mansion include establishing a museum exhibition, moreover,  various temporary exhibitions of works of art, craftwork and historical artifacts, as well as social and charity events should take place here.
